Information and Communication Technology - Guideline 98. Permanent evaluation of ICT health applications and services
The institution permanently evaluates and improves ICT health applications and services to achieve the institution’s objectives, and the expected results and returns on investment.
The permanent and systematic evaluation should be based on performance indicators including feedback from the public and main stakeholders. Using a standard model increases the institution’s ability to evaluate over time the performance of the applications, and to benchmark its performance with institutions in other countries that use similar ICT-based health applications.
