The ISSA regional structures play a key role to in the implementation of the ISSA activities to promote social security and support member institutions.
The ISSA regional structures enable and promote dialogue and cooperation between ISSA members in the context of a certain region or language. Each regional structure is hosted by an ISSA member institution with a dedicated Regional Liaison Officer.
Promoting ISSA services and facilitating communication between ISSA members, the regional structures make an important contribution to supporting the engagement of members in the ISSA. Typically, a regional structure will organize technical seminars on regional priority topics, host ISSA Academy workshops and promote the sharing of good practices.
