Information and Communication Technology - Guideline 90. ICT-based implementation of healthcare services in management and support functions
The institution systematically applies ICT to improve quality of healthcare and efficiency of services for beneficiaries. This includes and is not limited to the use of ICT in healthcare planning, decision making, delivery of patient services, claim reimbursement, e-prescriptions, e-sickness leave certificates, fraud detection, procurement, stock management and facility performance evaluation.
