The institution defines formalization strategies for the population to be covered, particularly through schemes and programmes adapted to their needs and considering transitions from and towards other schemes and programmes.
As a fundamental part of the formalization strategy, the institution develops schemes that enable the “missing middle” population to overcome the barriers to social security enrolment.
