New members of the section

The International Section of the ISSA for Electricity, Gas and Water is proud to announce that three new ordinary members have recently joined the Section! The section is pleased to welcome Ezentis from Spain, Electro Sur Este S.A.A from Peru and CEMIG from Brazil.

The Group Ezentis is a company that operates and maintains the telecommunications and energy infrastructure of large multinational corporations in eight different countries. The Group has over 50 years of experience in industrial services. The majority of Ezentis' customers are from the sector of telecommunications, for example Telefonica, Claro, entel and enel, másmóvil among others.

Electro Sur Este S.A.A, Peru

Electro Sur Este S.A.A is an open corporation and concessionaire of the distribution of electric power. Its concession areas are the regions of Cusco, Apurimac, Madre de Dios and the province of Sucre in the region of Ayacucho. Its headquarters are based in the district of Santiago and the region of Cusco. They also provide consulting services, check electrical measuring equipment, design or execute any type of study or work related to electrical activities as well as import, manufacture and market the goods and services that are required for the generation, transmission or distribution of energy.

CEMIG, Brazil

CEMIG (Companhia Energética de Minas Gerais S.A) is a Brazilian power company, which has also joined the Electricity Section in 2019. Its headquarters are based in Belo Horizonte, capital of the state Minas Gerais. The company is one of the largest power generators and distributors in Brazil being responsible for 12 % of the national distribution. CEMIG operations comprise the areas of electric energy generation, transmission, distribution and commercialization, as well as the distribution of natural gas.

Their experience will be a perfect asset to the International Section of the ISSA for Electricity, Gas and Water. The Section is pleased to welcome Ezentis, Electro Sur Este S.A.A and CEMIG and looks forward to a long and mutually fruitful collaboration!
