The Second Vision Zero Summit will be held from 11 to 13 May 2022 as a online event. It will undoubtedly be THE event of the coming year for the Vision Zero community.
Following the First Vision Zero Summit, which was held in Helsinki, Finland in 2019 the Second Summit brings together active players that promote and support Vision Zero. Hosted by our Japanese Conference Organizers, – the Institute of Global Safety Promotion (IGSAP), the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) and the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health Japan (JINOSH) – and supported by the International Social Security Association (ISSA) and the International Labour Organization’s Coalition for Safety and Health at Work and the Vision Zero Fund, the 2022 Summit will take an innovative approach to addressing many exciting work-related challenges through the lens of Vision Zero.
It will be guided by the United Nations 2030 Agenda and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals on the one hand, and the Vision Zero mindset and strategy on the other. Leading international OSH experts will share the latest prevention insights and strategies, while senior OSH managers from renowned companies will provide unique insights into the practical application of Vision Zero thinking.
