A sneak preview of our international symposium in Dresden 2024 will be held during this year's A+A Trade Fair and Congress, which will take place from 24–27 October 2023 in Duesseldorf (Germany). A+A is the world's largest and most important event when it comes to safety, security and health at work.

What does safe and healthy collaboration look like in a culturally diverse workplace? This question is at the center of this symposium.
In today's working world, companies looking for suitable employees are faced with the difficult task of integrating employees from different language and cultural backgrounds in a safe and health-promoting manner. What obstacles do these companies and their employees encounter in the process, and how can the efforts of the accident insurance institutions contribute to the creation of a good prevention culture for all?

Other questions that will be discussed at the symposium include:

• What does healthy leadership look like in a culturally diverse work environment?
• How can workplaces be designed to be safe and healthy despite language barriers?
• To what extent does cultural diversity in the workplace contribute to a culture of prevention?
