Service Quality -
Guideline 11. Delivery excellence

Treating people with respect, dignity and courtesy is achieved through establishing and meeting a set of standard operating principles consistent with the social norms of society.

These are the quality factors the social security institution will not necessarily receive recognition for, as they expected basic components of a respectful, dignified and courteous service. Failure to meet these standards leaves the institution open to public criticism and loss of confidence and trust.
