Guideline 15. Performance management

The performance management system is aligned with the institution’s digital journey and takes advantage of available technologies and data analytics. Priority areas to innovate are the system’s ability to identify and analyse skill gaps, proactively develop staff potentials and to use data-driven evidence to develop an employee’s individual career development plan; and the system’s ability to track an employee’s contribution to collaborative projects and multi-disciplinary teams in addition to stand-alone responsibilities.
