Guideline 14. Developing the leadership and managerial skills of staff

The institution continuously invests in building and enhancing the leadership capacities of staff. The HR unit identifies and develops potential leaders who may take on positions of greater responsibility based on the needs of the institution. The policy is applied equally, transparently, without favour to any employee and does not discriminate against race, age, gender and gender identity, ethnicity, religion, disability and other characteristics. The institution’s digital journey requires technical and managerial skill sets and social, emotional and collaboration skills, as well as aptitudes for creativity, life-long learning and innovation.
