The board establishes a recruitment policy to source, screen and hire new and novel talent based on a core set of technical and soft skills and talents, including social and emotional intelligence, work ethic and an aptitude for teamwork and life-long learning. The policy leverages the use of digital technologies and data analytics to assess the desired skills, talents and other characteristics; personalize a candidate’s experience; and promote the institution’s employer brand and corporate values. The policy is applied equally, transparently and does not discriminate against race, age, gender and gender identity, ethnicity, religion, disability and other characteristics.
