Human Resource Management in Social Security Administration -
Guideline 1. Policy environment for human resources and human resource management

The board establishes a human resource (HR) policy environment that enables the continuous upgrade of the skills of the workforce and, at the same time, the continuous alignment of human resource management (HRM) with workforce needs. It encompasses the three areas of HRM, namely, the work (what needs to be done and how), the workplace (a hybrid of on-site and off-site work), and the workforce. It promotes a growth mindset that is collaborative and views unsuccessful initiatives not as failures but as parts of methodical, deliberate processes to discover robust solutions. It proactively reduces the institution’s carbon footprint and continues to address HR challenges in the workplace related to gender equity, diversity, inclusion, and other forms of discrimination.
