Good Governance - Guideline 10. Digital governance
The board and the management develop a shared vision of the institution’s digital future and defines broad, universal digital standards for service. This includes a digital governance framework which prioritizes user needs while balancing the business requirements of the institution, the sharing of information and the protection of personal data. The framework prioritizes digital solutions and ensures that a digital divide is not created.
