The institution applies agile and DevOps approaches to speed up the deployment of software applications by improving the coordination between the business, development and operations areas.
Achieving continuous delivery with DevOps requires agile culture, modern architecture, test automation, continuous build, integration and deployment, and pervasive security.
A positive return on investment for adopting DevOps can only be achieved when development teams can deliver working software frequently. Therefore, organizations should first develop their agile development capability before focusing on DevOps.
