Social security institutions should apply agile methods to increase their capacity to quickly adapt and implement new social security measures and ensure continuous delivery.
Such agile transformation requires a cultural shift for creating high-performance product teams that requires product vision, customer focus and investment in leadership at all levels of the organization.
The overall objective is to achieve continuous delivery of software solutions by applying agile development and DevOps. Agile application development, automation, and DevOps practices are key enablers to achieving agile software delivery. However, before focusing on DevOps, organizations must develop the capability to deliver working software frequently.
