The institution implements specific information communication campaigns to generate awareness of programme changes, specific information about members’ responsibilities and anti-fraud policies.
The aim of such campaigns is to foster in every stakeholder a sense of responsibility as regards the payment of social security contributions, to inform public opinion on the meaning and social impact of contribution evasion and fraud, and on measures to counter fraud.
The ISSA Guidelines on Communication by Social Security Administrations provide further guidance in this area.
