Digital organizations: How the Cordoba Retirement and Pension Fund became a fully fledged digital organization post-pandemic

The Cordoba Retirement and Pension Fund (Caja de Jubilaciones, Pensiones y Retiros de Córdoba – CJPRC), run by Argentina’s Federal Social Insurance Council (Consejo Federal de Previsión Social – COFEPRES), underwent a management process that enabled its transformation from an institution with certain digitalized processes to a fully-fledged digital organization.
