Since its first appearance in October 2021, Brazilians have managed to get faster responses from the government’s social security institute. A new automation tool has been responsible for more than 2.5 million of automatic actions at Brazil’s National Social Security Institute (Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social − INSS).
Like a bridge over troubled water, automatic workflow is an information and communication tool that enables in the social security administrative process to link the request to the final decision without a single human intervention. In a decreasing human resources scenario, workflow uses a structured systems integration to help Brazilian’s government to proactively anticipate and solve the needs of the citizens and the organization.
