Investing in the future: Employees’ qualification through Masters, MBA and undergraduate scholarships - Competency development, innovation and meeting the needs of people

To qualify its employees, the National Social Security Institute (Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social – INSS) of Brazil has opened an internal selection for 125 vacancies in master’s courses and 180 vacancies in MBA’s courses at the Getulio Vargas Foundation (Fundação Getulio Vargas – FGV).

The FGV is an institution of great relevance in the national and international context, with renowned masters and MBA programmes. The selection is isonomic and open to all employees. In addition, a specific call for applications offered 1,000 scholarships in areas such as public management, languages and human resources for employees without undergraduate degrees, with the aim of raising institutional knowledge and knowledge management.

These opportunities provide INSS’ employees access to quality education, contributing to the development of skills and improvement of service to over 30 million citizens served annually.
