Télérecours (e-recourse)

E-recourse (télérecours) is the electronic submission of requests by employers in the construction, public works and hydraulics (CPWH) sectors for relief from surcharges and penalties relating to the late declaration of contributions due or activities, or of the annual declaration of wages and employees (déclaration annuelle des salaires et des salariés – DAS).
