In order to help the employees of the National Family Allowances Fund (Caisse nationale des allocations familiales – CNAF) cope with the various problems caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, measures were quickly put in place at the start of the health crisis and have been continually updated.
They were designed to assist employees in dealing with the various problems caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, including lockdown. They included counselling, support in the form of webinars and upbeat articles, and surveys to regularly assess employees’ psychological state.
The good practices put in place during the crisis are reusable not only in the event of other kinds of crises but also as part of everyday human resources management.
