Electronic platform in response to the COVID-19 pandemic

An electronic platform was created to serve the customers of the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) of Saudi Arabia. The main benefit of the service is to facilitate the application process without the need to visit the branch in person. This was done by designing a detailed form for GOSI’s customers to submit their applications electronically.

The electronic platform is an initiative made in response to the Royal Order to work remotely due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It allows the customer to benefit from the services easily and contribute to achieving GOSI’s strategic objectives regarding Customer Service Excellence and Digital Transformation Excellence.

The electronic platform has several contact channels: Contact us, to submit complaints and inquiries; branch services, for submitting requests; live chat, Call Me service, and virtual appointments.
