It has indeed proven that our services are pandemic-ready digital services, ensuring business continuity during the COVID-19 pandemic. The capacity of the digital services has shown a solid performance during the pandemic without compromising security. Moreover, it has been a great experience, which was aimed by other government entities for benchmarking studies to adopt our practice in working remotely.
The experience of working remotely has also revealed various opportunities for improvement, as multiple studies have been conducted to study and analyse the roles that can be performed and resume a comprehensive remote work system without compromising the productivity and performance with the aim of proposing full-time teleworking opportunities for those roles.
