Online payment of social security contributions is now supported by electronic reporting on the site www.cnps.cm. It responds to a need for consistency, efficiency, legibility of accounts and adaptation to meet the requirements of a clientele that is open to the world and attentive to technical progress in terms of facilitating transactions and instantaneous response times. The service is available to the 40,000 employers, who can pay their contributions directly without having to go to banks and other financial institutions that were previously the interfaces that had to be used with the National Social Insurance Fund (Caisse nationale de prévoyance sociale – CNPS). The process consists of the employer paying the social security contributions directly and immediately from the CNPS site and the other payment platforms available.
