With the current global financial crisis heightening dramatically the demands and expectations on what social security institutions can and should do for its members, the seminar will provide a timely platform for experts and practitioners in the fields of innovation, change management and risk management to discuss and exchange with ISSA members on the processes, capabilities and systems that enable high performance in the delivery of social services.
The seminar will likewise provide an opportunity to present an impressive collection of methods that enable the high performance of social security organizations from across the globe, as evidenced by the first phase results of the ISSA project, High performance in Social Security. ISSA member organizations that have received ISSA Good Practice Awards and Certificates of Merit will also be invited to the seminar to share their insights and experiences on strategies that work, especially during these challenging times.
The seminar is organized under the auspices of the ISSA Technical Commission on Organization, Management and Innovation, and is co-sponsored by the ISSA Liaison Office for South East Asia.
