This webinar is organized in partnership with the Operating Unit on Policy-driven Electronic Governance (UNU-EGOV) at the United Nations University.
In an era where digital public services are increasingly the norm, simply providing online access is no longer sufficient. Social security organizations have embraced digital delivery, but the challenge lies in ensuring these services are truly usable for all citizens. Usability involves designing intuitive interfaces that generate user-centric solutions. These solutions help organizations establish clear and measurable acceptance criteria for websites, apps and transactional services that conform to national standards, enhancing inclusion and reducing the burden on individuals accessing services.
This webinar will explore how social security organizations can go beyond basic digital access to create truly usable services. Case studies and standards will demonstrate how organizations can enhance their digital service delivery through enhanced usability and inclusive design. The webinar will share practical frameworks for measuring and improving usability while maintaining compliance with evolving requirements, including minimum usability standards. It will also address the complexities of serving diverse populations while ensuring consistent service quality across all digital platforms.
Join us for this ISSA webinar that will discuss the concept of usability and how to ensure that services are built with inclusiveness in mind.
