Registration and visa
Registration
The International Conference on Management and Innovation in Social Security (Management 2025) is only open to delegates of ISSA member organizations and invited institutions. There is no registration fee for ISSA member organizations. In accordance with the usual practice, the travel, hotel and daily expenses of all delegates are to be met by their own organizations.
This event is in-person only. ISSA members and invited participants wishing to attend this event must register to participate. Please use the following links at the bottom of this webpage (Register yourself and/or Register a colleague) to register.
Representatives of non-member institutions are requested to contact the ISSA General Secretariat for the terms and conditions of participation.
Visas and passports
Participants are responsible for their own visa and vaccination requirements (when applicable) at least two months before the event. Under no circumstances can the ISSA General Secretariat be responsible for visa arrangements.
All visitors to Egypt must hold a passport valid for at least six months from the date of entry into the country or any other document recognized by that country as a travel document. Please contact the nearest Egyptian consulate or embassy, visit the official website of the Ministry of Interior of Egypt, or go directly to the official e-Visa website (when applicable).
Whether a visa is granted or not remains the prerogative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Egypt, which is the only body authorised to issue visas. There shall be no refund should the visa be denied, including for reason of late submission.

As of the 8 January 2025, the National Organizing Committee (NOC) received the following instructions from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Interior of Egypt:
- Electronic Visa (e-Visa) for 79 nationalities
The electronic visa (e-Visa) is an official document permitting entry into Egypt, and could be granted to 79 nationalities travelling with regular passports. Applicants may obtain their e-Visa (tourist category) by applying online, entering the required information and making payments by a credit or debit card.
The National Organizing Committee (NOC) recommends to apply as soon as possible and prior to travelling to ensure smooth travel, transfer via other countries and immigration arrival. List of countries under such possibilities are listed under the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions).

If necessary, a personalized invitation letter to assist with visa formalities may be prepared by the ISSA General Secretariat to assist participants to apply for a visa. Such letters do not imply any financial support or hosting arrangement from the ISSA nor from the National Organizing Committee (NOC), nor do they constitute a guarantee of a visa being issued. The personalized invitation letter will be available from My ISSA as a download only to delegates who have completed their registration online.
Vaccination and health requirements
The certificate of vaccination against coronavirus, yellow fever, cholera, poliomyelitis, meningitis and/or other diseases may be required for travellers coming from areas affected by these diseases. Anti-malarial treatment may be required.
