The Congress on Mental Health will focus on the promotion of an environment that is conducive to maintaining mental health through the consolidated action of experts at the interdisciplinary and intersectoral levels. The Congress is organized by the Union for Mental Health of Russia under the patronage the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation. The ISSA Secretary General is a member of the international organizing committee.

Mental health is one of the most intriguing, complex and persistently relevant issues in the world, which is linked to the most fundamental aspects of human life, and therefore goes beyond the boundaries of purely professional discussion.

This conference will convene international experts from various spheres to open a dialogue, to build connections, to increase knowledge, and to exchange best practices in the field of mental health care in the workplace.

The programme will introduce both strategic approaches to mental health at the workplace developed by major international organizations and networks and the corporate case studies presented by leading businesses. Keynote speeches delivered by distinguished experts and executives will be followed by panel discussions, the Mental Health EXPO showcase, and social and cultural events.
