ISSA Global Membership Survey 2018
Share your views and help to shape the future ISSA programme priorities
As a member-based association, the ISSA is conducting a triennial global survey of member organizations.
The objectives of the survey are to:
- Measure the performance and impact of the ISSA in providing member organizations with relevant and quality services;
- Collect evidence on the needs and expectations from ISSA members to guide the further development of the ISSA;
- Receive guidance from ISSA members in the establishment of priorities for the ISSA programme of activities for 2020-2022.
This survey is carried out through telephone interviews designed to last approximately 20 minutes. These interviews will be conducted in September and October by an international market research firm, GFK, in English, French, Spanish, German, Russian, Arabic, Portuguese and Chinese.
The CEOs of member organizations are kindly invited to respond to the survey. The ISSA Liaison Official may respond in cases where the CEO is not available. Liaison Officials of member organizations will be contacted by GFK in order to arrange an appointment for the interview. The ISSA recommends downloading the questionnaire before answering the survey.
The ISSA thanks its members for their time and their valuable input that will help in shaping the programme for the next triennium to best respond to their needs and challenges.
The ISSA global membership telephone survey is aimed at CEOs or Liaison Officials of member organizations. It is designed to last approximately 20 minutes and will be conducted in September and October by GFK, a market research company mandated by the ISSA.
