As part of the agreement on objectives and management signed with the State for the period 2023–2027 (COG), the French National Family Allowances Fund (Caisse nationale des allocations familiales – CNAF) wishes to bolster its innovations and progress in the area of community listening. This project is an initiative of the health benefits division, with a view to ensuring the comprehensive health care of Social Security Institute of Guatemala (Instituto Guatemalteco de Seguridad Social – IGSS) employees.
