Survey on self-adjustment mechanisms for social security schemes and employer sponsored pension plans: Summary of findings and conclusions
In the recent decade, many countries have undergone pension reforms aimed at improving the solvency and sustainability of social security systems. Several countries have replaced traditional social security systems with defined contributions systems.
