Ausweitung der Deckung

Je nach Land und auch innerhalb der Landesgrenzen können sich die Niveaus der Deckung durch die soziale Sicherheit erheblich unterscheiden. Während die Deckung in den reichsten Volkswirtschaften fast universell ist, haben einige Länder südlich der Sahara und in Südasien Deckungsgrade von weniger als 10 Prozent der Bevölkerung.
