This International Workshop is organized by General Accident Insurance Institution, Austria, and the ISSA International Sections "Electricity", "Iron and Metal Industry" and "Machine and System Safety".

The Meeting will discuss two aspects relating to OHS in SMEs, namely the question of occupational health and safety in relation with young workers and new recruits in SMEs. Both aspects are being dealt with in international expert working groups of the ISSA International Sections for Prevention.
