ISSA Mining member Prof Dr Konstantin Todradze, First Deputy Director of All Russia Occupational Safety Centre, Moscow/Russian Federation, assembled the comprehensive report "Occupational Safety and Health in the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States (2005-2009)".

The 46-page paper delivers insight on accidents at work, fatalities (including numbers weighted against the active workforce), loss time due to temporary disability and more data over a five year time span on the countries Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belorussia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, and Ukraine.
