Conférence Interafricaine de la Prévoyance Sociale

Ce portail entend être un vecteur d’échanges et d’informations sur le secteur de la prévoyance sociale dans nos Etats membres. Il ambitionne de faire mieux connaître la sécurité sociale et faire partager les expériences dans ce domaine.

Il a également pour objectif de  permettre au public de connaître et de faire connaître la CIPRES, à travers son  organisation, ses réalisations ainsi que ses perspectives.

Conferencia Interamericana de Seguridad Social (CISS)

La Conferencia Interamericana de Seguridad Social (CISS) es un organismo internacional técnico y especializado, de carácter permanente que tiene las siguientes finalidades:

• Contribuir al desarrollo de la seguridad social en los países de América, y cooperar con las instituciones y administraciones de seguridad social.
• Emitir declaraciones, adoptar resoluciones y formular recomendaciones en materia de seguridad social, y promover su difusión para que se consideren en las políticas y programas de planificación.
• Impulsar la cooperación e intercambio de experiencias entre las instituciones y administraciones de seguridad social y con otras instituciones y organizaciones afines.
• Fomentar y orientar la capacitación de recursos humanos al servicio de la seguridad social.

Council of Europe

Since it was founded in 1949, the Council of Europe, whose aim is "to achieve a greater unity between its members for the purpose of safeguarding and realising the ideals and principles which are their common heritage and facilitating their economic and social progress", has played a major role in establishing social security minimum standards in Europe, developing social security coordination between its member states, and monitoring developments in the field of social security in Europe.

EDACwowe gives information on and direct links to comparative and national, quantitative and qualitative data on work and welfare and closely related fields.

European Commission

This information is now available in the MISSOC Database, which includes information from 2004 and onwards. The database allows the users to freely choose what specific social protection information categories and for which countries shall be gathered and displayed for her or his optimal use in each case.

The MISSOC Tables include PDF-documents that give an overview of the organisations responsible for social protection in each country and ready to print tables with all the comparative information for preselected groups of countries. The MISSOC Info Bulletins are complementary to the comparative tables, providing more descriptive and comprehensive text information on specific topics and on the main changes in the social protection systems.

International Actuarial Association

Created in November 2003, the Pensions, Benefits and Social Security Section (PBSS) is a special interest section of the IAA which serves actuaries around the world with personal, professional, educational, or research interests in social protection as well as actuaries with interests in the commercial, social, and public policy issues concerning the provision of pensions and other benefits. The scope of the PBSS covers public programs and private pension plans, mutual benefit organisations, commercial insurance and pension company contracts, annuities, share options, and other employee benefit provision.

he International Commission on Occupational Health (ICOH) is an international non-governmental professional society whose aims are to foster the scientific progress, knowledge and development of occupational health and safety in all its aspects. It was founded in 1906 in Milan as the Permanent Commission on Occupational Health.

International Labour Organization

The objective of the Social Security Department is the enhanced capacity of constituents, and particularly social security managers, to design sustainable social security schemes, and to manage and administer them more efficiently, with a view to the provision of better benefits and the extension of their coverage.

International Organisation of Pension Supervisors

The International Organisation of Pension Supervisors (IOPS) is an independent international body representing those involved in the supervision of private pension arrangements. The organisation currently has around 60 members and observers representing approximately 50 countries and territories worldwide.

Naciones Unidas

Uno de los mandatos fundamentales de las Naciones Unidas es la promoción de un mejor  nivel de vida, empleo para todos y condiciones propicias para el adelanto económico  y social y el desarrollo. El sistema de las Naciones Unidas llega a dedicar el 70%  de su labor al cumplimiento de este mandato. El principio rector de esas actividades  es que la erradicación de la pobreza y el aumento del bienestar de la población son  medidas necesarias para crear las condiciones que permitan lograr una paz duradera  en todo el mundo.
