El Seminario:

• llevó a cabo una evaluación y un análisis crítico de la situación;
• analisó las medidas adoptadas para mitigar los efectos de la crisis; y
• analizo también el modo en que las instituciones de seguridad social podrían constituir un elemento central de las políticas públicas destinadas a apoyar la recuperación económica y el empleo, mediante la adopción de un enfoque proactivo con el objetivo ultimo de reducir el impacto social de la crisis.
