Competition: Health and Safety in Small to Medium-Sized Enterprises - The Keys to Success: Examples of Good Practice
Successful and productive companies worldwide understand the importance of their workers’ health and safety, and therefore adhere to certain principles of good practice regarding the prevention of occupational risks.
Regardless of the type of work or the culture of a country, these principles are universal
"keys to success". Based on the practical experiences and observations of prevention experts from different countries, these “keys to success” are intended to become part of a working program for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) which the ISSA Special Commission on Prevention has created. We would like to support these keys to success with actual good practice examples.
Prevention services and occupational risk insurers from different countries have created a competition which targets small and medium-sized enterprises. We are looking for enterprises which can attest to the advantages and benefits of improving health and safety at work and are willing to share their experiences. The objective of the competition is to collect and make available the broadest range possible of good practices in occupational risk prevention.
