International Section of the ISSA for Electricity, Gas and Water
The mission of the Section for Electricity, Gas and Water is the protection of workers against electrical accidents and occupational diseases due to electricity and ionizing radiation.
 
International Forum "Occupational Health and Safety Management in the 21st Century"

The Electricity Section is pleased to announce the second Safety Management Forum to be held in Luxembourg. The International Forum is a joint event of the Electricity Section in co-operation with the Luxembourg Accident Insurance Association (Association d'assurance contre les accidents, AAA), the European Commission, Representation in Luxembourg and the company ArcelorMittal.

V. Simposio Internacional de Seguridad Eléctrica – SISE

El simposio internacional fue organizado por el Comité de Electricidad de la AISS en colaboración con la Facultad de Ingenería de la Universidad nacional de Asunción (UNA) y la Cámara de Comercio e Industria Paraguayo-Alemana. El objetivo del simposio fue reunir a los expertos, profesionales, empresarios y trabajadores de la prevención y la seguridad ocupacional y promover el intercambio de conocimientos y experiencias.

In 1970, the inaugural meeting of the ISSA Section for the Prevention of Accidents and Occupational Illnesses Caused by Electricity was held at the hospital of the German Social Accident Insurance Institution in Frankfurt am Main.
