Social and economic investment policies and practices in social security organizations
A report on Social and economic investment policies and practices in social security schemes will be presented and discussed by leading investors of social security funds.

The investment of social security funds has traditionally focused on balancing risk and return and assessing performance in economic terms. In recent years, the focus has expanded to include environmental, social, ethical and governance issues, and investments are no longer viewed exclusively from a financial or economic perspective.

Social and economic investments take into account non-financial factors. Asset allocation strategies for social security funds which are based on social as well as economic factors can result in ancillary benefits for the entire nation.
