One of the key challenges for all social security organizations is to deliver  the right social security benefits and services to the right people at the right  time with minimum costs and high service quality. To realize these objectives  it is essential that every effort is made to achieve a high standard of  administrative and operational efficiency. This Technical Seminar is intended to provide a  platform for a frank exchange of experiences that will permit the identification  of good practices implemented in this field by social security schemes in South  East Asia.
