German insurer and prevention service provider BG RCI aims to cut down accidents at work, occupational diseases, and work-related health hazards by all suitable means. The vast majority of ideas submitted to BG RCI's award does not stem from think tanks, but directly from employees. The award seeks to discover optimization potentials, and make them available to a wide audience of entrepreneurs and employees both. Not only the classic technical solutions are in the focus: organizational, motivational, and training concepts play a major role in the pool of ideas.
