استراتيجية إقليمية وشبكة من مكاتب الارتباط بهدف تعزيز التواصل مع الأعضاء
منذ عام 2005، بدأت الإيسا مرحلة جديدة، إنطلاقاً من رؤية الضمان الاجتماعي الحيوي والاستراتيجية الجديدة في تنفيذ الأنشطة التي تستهدف أولويات إقليمية محددة بالإضافة للتحديات التي تواجه المنظمات الأعضاء في الأقاليم.
