Work plan / Projects 2008-2010

Family policy to cope with the changes in family structures and how to address the development of the socio-economic contexts

Sub-theme 1:  How to combat child poverty.
Sub-theme 2:  How to establish labour market opportunities for women and youth.
Sub-theme 3:  How to address the different family configurations.

To examine the changes in family structure and the role of social security in an evolving socio-economic context (the combat against child poverty, reconciling work and family life, single parent family issues, increasing labour market participation for women and youth, etc) in order to identify innovations, lessons learnt and good practice solutions in family policy.
