The main aim of the pilot project "GeniAL – Generational management in the world of work" (the German acronym stands for "Generationenmanagement im Arbeitsleben“) is specifically to introduce the consideration of how to manage the older worker and his/her health in employment contexts where they have hitherto received little attention and to adapt existing consultancy capacities in defined areas to strategies that are put in place to cope with the processes of demographic change.
