Plan for the employment of older workers integrated into the Social Security Financing Bill, 2009
Objective: to provide strong incentives for enterprises to retain older workers in employment through dialogue with the social partners. To define and negotiation at the branch or enterprise level a policy favouring the employment of older workers, accompanied by numerical objectives and a follow-up.
