Improvements in INPS: KAIZEN and CAF
An intervention was introduced in order to address two problems in National Social Insurance Institute (Istituto Nazionale della Previdenza Sociale (INPS)): a variability of production behaviours such that responses provided to reference users were non homogeneous in terms of time, content and modalities; and the necessity to provide land offices with tools to measure and self-assess the INPS functionality system with respect to the organization and management aspects as well as the dynamic relations between them.
