Multi-service interactive terminals with video call functionalities
The Family Allowances fund (Caisses d’allocations familiales (CAF)) provide a remote reception service at “community” level for a large portion of the population. This involved “simulating” a counter service. The video call solution introduced a better organisation for the creation of a network throughout France by offering an accepted alternative solution to a counter service. Read more |

The implementation of pension information rights
Since 2007, the National Old Age Insurance Fund for Employees (Caisse nationale d'assurance vieillesse des travailleurs salaries (CNAVTS)) has implemented measures to provide access to information on retirement pensions in accordance with the rights established under Act 2003/775 dated 21 August 2003, (article L. 161-17 of the social security code).
