The course is intended for executives, managers, planners, financial officers and other professionals responsible for health care and health insurance schemes, both in the public and private sector. It is organized by the ILO International Training Centre in Turin in conjunction with the ISSA.

Although it is intended primarily to address the needs of practitioners, persons in research functions within health systems can also benefit from participation in this workshop.
