Policy challenges for social security in Europe: Interview with Chris de Neuborg

Social security systems in Europe will face major policy challenges resulting from growing international and labour force mobility, demographic changes, migration and financial instability, Chris de Neuborg argues in this interview. He points to some of the issues that social security administrations and policy-makers will have to address to prepare for future changes and ensure the sustainability of schemes.

Chris de Neuborg is Professor of Economics at the University of Maastricht, Netherlands.
