The efficiency of a social security system lies primarily in ensuring the provision of comprehensive social security services to mitigate vulnerability and poverty within the constitutional and legislative framework and managing quality social security services to eligible and potential beneficiaries effectively and efficiently.

This technical seminar will therefore examine the challenges facing social security organizations in Southern Africa in seeking the best ways forward in providing improved stakeholder satisfaction through innovative administrative and operational efficiency.
